i got limitations in person account but i want to open business account

hi there, i used personal account for ebay buying and selling but i got limitation in account but i want to open business account for my shopify so i need help to solve this issues please.

when i call them they said i cant open any account with paypal becuase of when i selling in ebay it effect  me 😕 i have no idea 😕

please help me

If you have 1 limited account then you are not allowed to open another.

They will know if you do from your IP addy and will limit it again.

That is unless its a temporary limitation dependent on why it was done in the first place but only customer services can tell you that.
