hello , i have been limited and i did send 2 times and got rejected as the name in bill address is not the same as my name , now i have a bank statement under my name and wants to send it to paypal to lift my account limitation but i can't send it , its stuck here http://prntscr.com/gs2vlm , i can't send anythind and paypal does not reply to my emails as well 😞 please help
