Thanks for posting in the forum and apologies for the late reply. Unfortunately, due to security reasons, we can’t accept documents by email. However, you can upload them from your PayPal account following these steps:
Go to www.paypal.com/uk and log in to your account.
Click Resolve a problem in our Resolution Centre near the bottom of the page.
In the 'Action' column of each step, click Resolve.
Click Upload Files.
Click Browse and select the first file you'd like to attach. Enter a title for the file. Select a type of evidence for the file. Type in a description of your file.
Click Attach this File.
Repeat steps 4-6 to attach additional files.
Click Send Files to PayPal to complete your upload.
