confirm my identity Case ID: PP-004-854-266-102

Hello, 

I got limited with my account and need to confirm my identity. I emailed and faxed with all my Proof to prove the holder account and billing address. It took me a week for waiting and got nothing because I apply wrong case "name change" instead of "confirm my identity". I recieved your email yesterday to Request for additional information PP-004-854-266-102 RXI000(2).

I prepared additional info. but I cannot find where to attach the proof or where to create  the exact fax cover sheet.

thanks but how can I contact to customer servieces besides email and fax many times?

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".
