I have tried to link my credit card but to no avail.I keep receiving this message."The credit card verification system used by paypal is currently unavailable".i have tried this for 10 days.please help.
What that error means is that your bank are not allowing us to charge your card for verification. What I would advise is calling the number on the back of your card to speak with them. That number gets you directly through to the card team who can see what's happening the background. I'm sure something that they can resolve for you easily enough.
