im trying to do my first transfer. its for 180 dollars and its telling me i need to verify. i dont feel comfortable sharing my banking information. can i do the transfer without putting my banking info?
no, you can't buy (send) or sell (receive) if you're not verified. Worst you can't list items on eBay if you don't have this PayPal Verified. Even worse is when you try to get verified you won't receive the verification code...they complicated too much PayPal..it was nice at the beginning...now..not that much
