business account - limited. pls help !

Hello, my business account has been blocked by paypal, service office is reluctantly ready to help. is the second month, all of debt should must be paid but how? paypal make it more difficult to sell me, my company does not conduct any sales because of paypal. why?

We are a legally operating company for each watch sold the company issues a receipt or an invoice every month regularly paid.

the company is legal and we want to develop, why do not we can?

customer service disconnects, I receive that limitation is fixed and can not be restored, what is that supposed to mean?
I never broke any regulations paypal. I never had open cases, I lead a legitimate company and paypal blocking my account.
Why? what is reason ?
