I am studying abroad and currently dont have a cell phone that can call the US, I need to use paypal but it says that my bank account is blocked! I have emailed paypal MULTIPLE TIMES and recieved NO response. how can this be resolved??
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
