Recently I was asked from paypal to confirm my identity with a photo copy of my ID, which I sent. Then they asked me to provide proof of address, however, somewhere in the previous process my account was locked, not sure if that's even the right word... I cannot login at all to provide the rest of the info they require.
The message is:
"We're reviewing your documents
Thanks for checking in with us. Your documents are still being reviewed. We'll email you when your identity has been verified."
with a nice blue "Continue" button underneath which leads back to the login screen again so all account controls/functions are unreachable. The reason I'm making this (follow up) thread is because after 2 months they've sent a reminder email about the proof they need, which I am supposed to somehow send them magically. Looking for advice on what to do. I can't/don't want to phone them, there must be another way of resolving this.
