Hi there,
I'm trying to verify my British bank account. I followed the PayPal verification process and I received two deposits of £0,15 and £0,16. However, when I type these amounts on the PayPal verification page PayPal gives an error because the amounts should be in euros, but they were converted into pounds automatically when the mony arrived to my account and there is no way I can know the original amount in euros. I don't think checking the currency rate for the transfer day will work.
Any help in order to overcome this situation?
Tony

I was able to finally solve this problem thanks to my bank sent one letter for every of the two transactions. On the letters the original amount in euros of every transaction was visible. It's a pity this was not visible online.
