Hello there! I hopw someone can help mw with my concerns. My account is not yet verified but i was able to add a bank info alreay. However, everytime i click the VERIFIED it directly send me to a page with CREDIT CARD info, i just want to use my bank account not my credit card. Please help me to verify my account. Needed it ASAP. THANKS
If you go onto your wallet you should be able to add your bank account info there. If not just ring up customer services and they can sort this out for you.
It may be necessary to confirm your account by using a card, but you might be able to use your bank to add money. We'd definitely recommend contacting Customer Support to see what options are available for you 🙂
