Verification Before End June 2014 - required by change T & Cs?

Hi, I remember receiving notification that I would have to verify my account in some way before the end of June to continue using my PP account. However I am not able to locate the message.
Can anyone confirm if this is correct or not and let me know what I should be doing please? Thanks

Hi, This is probably a silly question, but when you contact PP support do they send an acknoweledgement email that the message has been received?
As suggesteed I e-mailed support about this and have heard nothing from them. (I do not have FB or Twitter).

Emailing is the slowest form for getting a response most of the time
If u can call dont select any options just hold on until u speak to someone
Have u got a friend/family with a facebook account?
