Upload or fax documents

I uploaded drivers licence and proof of address about two weeks ago and it still says "We will review your information. We'll contact you if we have any questions." How long is this going to take to lift the limits on my account?

Sorry no idea, guess it depends on how many staff are available / when they get around to it etc etc.
