So i tried to withdraw money from my paypal balance and load it back onto my debit card, but the money was “pending” for over 24 hours. i removed my debit card from my account in hopes that the money would be returned to my balance but it hasn’t been and the transaction is still pending even after i removed my card. my ID is verified but not my address and SSN, i have a medium restriction on my account. what’s going to happen to my money???!!!
