Receiving limit per year not lifted

Hi,

 

My problem is that on my PayPal account I can't lift the Receiving limit per year.

 

I have followed all the steps, I have a confirmed Credit Card and email, but to no result.

I have also signaled this using the Contact Us page a few weeks back, but I received no response.

 

Here are the steps I executed, they are all checked green:

Link and confirm your card:

- Link your card

- Start process to confirm your card

- Enter four-digit PayPal code (Check your card statement for the four-digit PayPal code)

Select account type:

- Identify yourself or your business type (Pick which type of PayPal account best suits you)

Identify account holder:

Provide identification (Congratulations! We have processed your documents and confirmed your information. Confirm identification so the account holder can move money)
