Problem with direct debt for confirming bank account

 Hello,

 

I'm trying to confirm my bank account, but when I try to proceed on the direct debit step, paypal just says it's unable to process this. Any ideas why this keeps happening?

I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue when you try to confirm your bank account. Are you logging from your home computer? This would be the most secure way to make any updates on your account and it may help to avoid the error message.
