I have received today a message from Paypal requesting
(Documents to confirm that you reside at the address registered on your PayPal account.)
How the heck do I send documents with a proof of address when I do not have any official document that states my address?
I live with my mother and my stepdad in Saudi Arabia.
The house bill is under my stepdad's name and my mobile phone is under my mother's name.
In Saudi Arabia every single bill is now electronic and even our house's bill does not have the address on it.
My bank account that is linked to the credit card on paypal has only Zip/Postal Code number and the city is written in a different spelling than the address I have provided on Paypal.
I have sent a copy of my passport and my online bank statement and the address is absent on both.
They have deducted the amount from my credit card for online purchases and they are now pending the payment to the seller.
It is so frustrating to deal with Paypal already.
Anyone with the same issue?!
And how to get my refund ?
