Paypal says my secure deposit amounts are wrong

I waited five days to get my direct deposit into my bank account, but I forgot to select the first option as a private/individuler, you know, personal account.
After writing in the correct information and selecting the correct option, after a few days I got my direct deposit in Russian Ruble (since I do live in Russia and have a Russian bank account). After I tried to put in the two amounts to confirm my bank account it kept giving me an error message.
I'm sure I added the information once, unless I did it twice without realizing and I could have entered the wrong deposits? Was this just an honest mistake and can customer support fix this for me?
