Well, contacting Paypal never helps... On the site for PayPal Credit it says "we review every three months" and that's a lie cause customer support said reviews are done yearly. Also the told me, over the phone, that it doesn't have anything to do with them but rather it's the system who reviews. I've been told since I'm in it for a year that I shoud be contacted shorty and somehow I doubt it.
