Hi,when I open y paypal account I see this message " You cannot receive payments in or withdraw payments from your PayPal account, because previous transfers to your preferred card or bank account failed.
Please add a different Visa card or bank account in the U.S. "
I called my bank and they said that everything is allright with my card and bank account. Can someone please tell me what should I do?
I haven't make any changes in my paypal account..Everything was going great until I saw this! I don't know what to do..

Seems that you tried to withdraw funds to your credit card or bank account and for some reason bounced.
Check if you have the correct card number and/or bank account filled in and see what withdraw bounced.
You have to contact your bank and ask why the withdraw bounced.
If there aren't any problems contact PayPal, maybe they can tell you the reason.
