Payment Declined

I recently got an email saying that my payment was declined due to NSF. It said the payment would automatically re-process in 3 business days. I went ahead and paid again. Will I still be charged for the first payment even though I completed it again?

You may well be as its an automatic process, but whatever payment reaches your balance first will be used and the rest credited to your paypal balance.
