This has been answered before answers are still vague or run around !
I purchased an item paid for by Paypal and nectar points . The item was returned to the seller due to technical issues , and the seller has refunded all of the money , including the nectar points which is fine .
What bugs me is the all of the nectar points , £ 165.00 pounds worth have been deducted from my Paypal account on the same day as the refund from the seller , so i am now £165.00 short on the purchase so where are the missing points ?
By the way , i have checked my nectar account , and the points are not there either and it is now 3 days and counting since the seller refunded the full purchase price !!
