Hi, I opened my PayPal acc but didn't conclude the transaction as the seller who promised discount at checkout, didn't comply so I logged out. To my surprise the money was removed Saturday and I have since sent emails and numerous messages that are being ignored! Pay Pal seem busy with the Monarch crisis and I haven't received an answer. The items have now been sent, they have ignored me totally!
PayPal don't want to know?! I've had about 350 transactions and never had a problem, always shouted their praises! Time for a rethink on online payments!!!
