Dear paypal community, I got limited, and it writes that I need to give these: Provide Invoices Proof of Address But all thing I sold was online, like steam accounts, items etc. What should I do?

You can provide details about where you buy the items from. The proof of address can be a recent bank/card statement or a utility bill showing your name, address.
