PayPal has limited my account saying that I have another account with similar details which has issues on it. However, I do not have another account and the fact that they have allowed someone else to use my details without even verifying it was me is quite alarming. They have now limited my account and say that I need to resolve the issues on this other account to gain back access. How can I do that if this other account is not even mine. This is embarassingly bad for such a big company. They have not got back to me after several messages and a phone call. I cannot even speak to someone directly about resolving the problem as that department doesnt have a contact number. Is there anything I can do to overturn this, would getting in touch with a solicitor or anyone for that matter be of any help. Thank you.
