Can a moderator please forward this case PP-004-812-453-683 on my behalf. My documents have been sitting there for more than 3 days. I cannot call, I'm recovering from larynx op and when my son called on my behalf he was flat out told he would get zero help unless I could explain why he was talking on my behalf. What a lovely service
Again I'm not after advice or help, simply need a moderator to help get my case resolved. Every single row has been completed within the limit so its no issue on my end.
