Lifting receiving limit - No answer on call centre!

I have been tryting to lift the receiving limit for over a week. Multiple times I have requested a confirmation code to be sent to my bank account but it's failed to show (despite adding the account again).
The only other option is to call your contact centre, but despite WAITING ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASSION I cannot get through to anyone!!!

Try calling at a quieter time of day eg first thing in the morning or late evening.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

Waiting more than an hour is not acceptable.
I will try that, but inevitably I'll need to speak to someone....and of course no-one answers at the call centre...What a disappointing service.
