Lifting limit

Hello I have been reading some other posts and I see there are a lot of problems with lifting the limit and I was worried about that I have an account in the US and all the money goes to my account but right know I am in Argentina and I am doing college so not going to be returning any time soon. So how am I suppose to verify that its me can I change the phone and address to the one I have here and paypal can call and send anything here.

Probably the better idea is to open another account in Argentina and verify it.

You are not allowed to change countries in PayPal
