Lift receiving limits with account information

Hello,

Due to some problems the providing information options r used and crossed

how can they be resetted so that i can again provide information to Paypal so that my limit can be lifted..?

all fields in

i have needed documents with me.. to send ..

I have recieved mail by post with special code to provide..

But all fields r CROSSED cannot be checked..

Mods help me here kindly.
