Lift Limits - Provided all the info and they haven't got back.

Hello,

 

I had my account limited and I have provided all the relevant information. When I click on Resolve there are ticks next to all the objectives. There is a message saying I will be gotten back to in a few days, and it's nearly been a week. Could someone point in the right direction.

Hi,

 

we have exactly the same problem. After not getting any response to my e-mails, I tried to call to the phone support (twice: once two weeks ago, once three days ago). Every time I got the answer "someone will have a look at it and you will be informed by e-mail". However, I got no response at all. I don't know what to do, I have run out of all options.

Now they have unlocked it! After two weeks of pushing! Thank goodness!

 

So, according to my experience, the best way is to call the support because neither e-mail nor the system form get any response. However, it might take more than one call to achieve the goal.
