Instant Bank Transfer optionno longer available

Very confused and emails to PayPal ignoned.

Have been using Instant Bank Transfer with Ebay very sucessfully and had absolutely NO issues. All payments have cleared.

Lately however I cannot use the facility on ebay checkout. It defaults to Card payment, which I don't wish to use,

Have emailed and emailed PayPal to no avail.  Anyone any advice?

Is the direct debit mandate still active on your online banking and not been accidentally cancelled?

Have you had a failed transaction OR negative balance at any time?
