Im stuck setting my Bank Account

Hi!
I have set my Bank Account a while ago but I have never got the verifation Code on my statement.
Now when I try to get a now code, Im always getting the same error:
"We're sorry, we're not able to process your request. Please try again later."
And as the verification process is "Pending" I can not remove the back account and set it again.
Could you help me? I need it asap and dont want to open another paypal account.
