If I try to verify my debit card but I don't put in a code, will i get the deposit back?

I'm with Nationwide, and It's been a few hours and I haven't seen anything on my statement, only that the availible balance as gone down by £2. If i don't put in a code into the verification page, will i get the £2 back, and if so how long will it take?

Thanks in advance

Hi @aspriddell,

Welcome to the community, you would need to complete the process in order for the funds to be refunded automatically. It can take a little time for the code to appear, 2-3 working days. The code will be printed between the words 'PAYPAL' and 'CODE'. (e.g. PAYPAL* 1234 CODE).

Hope this helps,

Siobhan
