Hi, I opened an account from PayPal. I sent money with this account, but I was swindled. I'm trying to report this, but I can not verify it because I can not verify my account. I live in Turkey and does not match the phone number. PayPal is not in Turkey, I had to turn the other way because I had to PayPal in order to receive the product from the vendor. Please help me!
