I DON'T have a credit card !!!

So I hit the limit of 2500 euro and need to get my Paypal account verified. I sent a proof of my address and copy of id, but the next thing it asks is to verify a credit card. But I don't even have one. Are there any other options to prove my identity???

I need to get my account verified soon and seems nobody is responding.
