How to lift up my account's receiving limits

Hello,
My question is how to lift up or remove my account's receiving limits?
I sent all the necessary documents to remove the limits.
Documents have been accepted and I've got an email that my accout's receiving limits have been removed but it isn't so.
There is the same receiving limit as it have been before. Everything looks done, all the required lines marked as completed but the message says "More information required to comply with EU regulations and lift your account limits" and no way to attach anything else. It looks like just some program bug. Haw can I fix it, or it is not possible?

You need to speak with a customer support rep for assistance. (seems to work better than emails)
