I've already submitted all the papers but still not able to lift limits. My whole company is at stake because of not being able to keep the same routinal flow of money, because Paypal is taking too long to process the documents! The message says 2 - 3 business days, but it's already passed that!
Anyone had the same problem? how long did it take? Anyone know how to complain this without calling over their call centers?
