How can i lift my limit

Hello,

When I log in to my paypal account I get this message "We need more information to resolve a problem with your account"  I provided all required information and there is a message "We’ll get back to you within a few days" . I am waiting over a 1 month and still nothing. I gave all the possible information, checked several times, several days.
What more I can do ?

Why not just phone customer services and ask them?

Because I have a problem with english and will be big problem to understand them, the faster and better is to do this online
