HUGE problem with account verification!!?

Hi guys

I recently set up a paypal business account to trade on. I've received £750 in the last 2 days and yesterday I tried to withdralw the money. After review my account got limited. I have to submit all the business documents which is fine... however it says I need to resolve problems on an account id completely forgotten about that was made in 2010 where the LIMITATION CANNOT BE APPEALED AGAINST.

How the **bleep** do I get my business account unlimited when It's impossible to resolve the issue on the other account?! The permeanantly limited account is 6 years old...

If paypal permanently limited your paypal account then you are not supposed to open another one.

So if you can't resolve the other one odds are you will have x2 permanently limited accounts.
