I've sent my national id and billing address as my proof of identity last january 26 2017 to become verififed and also to lift my limitations and until not I always get this message "You have reached a usage threshold that requires us to confirm your identity as account owner. PayPa..." Aside from this, I am not able to link my bank account. I always get an error. Please help me
