Over a year ago PayPal locked my account and funds and said I violated their terms and conditions and they would like to cut ties with me and my business and that I should never use their service again. How I'm I suppose to separate from PayPal if they have been holding my funds for well over 1 year They said that my funds will be on hold for 180 day max but it been more that 360 days Does this mean I am not getting my money back ??

See if they will accept a phone call from you (you would need to use the guest option) and release the funds and if not try this >>

Consider contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter >>

You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPalUK and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

If that does not work then getting a solicitors letter sent to them may work as they are supposed to release your funds after 180 days.
