EU-Receiving Limit

Hello,

I have a problem with the EU-Receiving Limit. I provided the requested information and I added all the documents what is needed on 8th July, but nothing happened. Unfortunately I can not send money and I dont get any help from Paypal to solve my problem....

Would appreciate any help.
