EU-Receiving Limit - Proof of Address

Hello, my account was limited so I sent my ID card with photo and adress, but they still requesting another proof of adress .. But I don't have anything what they want (Utility bills,  Bank or credit card statement, a copy of your printed payslip ..) because I live with my parents - everything is billed to them, I'm using common bank account with my mother > on her name, I have just rights to use it. And since I'm still student, I don't have payslip .. I sent a letter from Police, bill from customs .. but they didn't accept it. 

I'm desperate, I have money on my account and I can't use them, I have no idea what to do now ..

You need to discuss this with customer services as no one here can help you unfortunately >>>

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".
