E-Mail Verification Wrong!?

My friend sent me some money and I got the email, it said if the money doesn't show up you need to verify with this number, so I did so and it says "The confirmation number you have entered does not match our records for this account. Please check the number and try again." , I also clicked a link on the PayPal website to send out a new code but they keep sending out the same code and it just won't work!, please help.

I have the same problem. I also can't activate my account becouse the code what they sent out is invalid. I tried to send email for them, but I only get auto answers...
