Does somebody know if paypal peaple are lunatics?

Hi!

I'm interested if somebody ever asked the question how adequate and mentally normal paypal employees are.

They are sending me threatening emails insisting I gave them my bank account details.

Blaming me in illegal activity. I use Paypal to pay for lebaramobile top-up (GBP5) and for ebay purchases (buttons, felt, beads, etc.). The last purchase was a travel bag.

If any paypal person reads this forum, I would be very obliged if he/she kindly explains what illegal is in mentioned above purchases.

Please also let me know how to deal with this issue - I have Etsy shop, and if these idiots block my account, I would not be able to run it!
