I need to lift my limitation so I've uploaded my 2 documents Proof of Identity and Proof of address last January 26, 2016 and paypal will get back to me after 2 - 3 business days but until now my docs were still in review? Please help me what to do next cause I'm not also able to link my bank account to my paypal.
