To confirm the bank account you need to log into your account and click on 'Profile' , 'My Money' then next to the bank account you want to confirm click 'Confirm' and fill in the form under 'Set up Direct Debit' and Submit.
If you do not have the bank account confirmed your payments should be coming from the card registered on the account but you can double check this on the 'Confirmation Page' at the time of completing the payment.
