Confused about my account?

Please could somebody help me out.I have transferred money to my Paypal account which says i have money available.However; it says that the available balance is nil.Therefore i appear to be unable to make abid on an item at the moment.This has never happened to me before and i do not know what or whom to get help from.I do have a additional card that  Paypal can use;but once again i seem unable to make abid.

Hi Loftusroad,

I would firstly check to confirm that the status of your money transfer is showing as completed. If it is showing as completed then your funds should be available for use. If they are not then I would advise that you contact us directly via the contact us link at the bottom of every PayPal page so we can advise you further.
