Confirm Identity Resolve button not working.

Hello, I recently received an email that my paypal account is limited and I should confirm my identity. So I went to the resolution centre and clicked the button and it just reloads the same page.

 

Where can I upload documents/enter information for my identification? I have also sent a couple of emails this week and I have had no response.

 

 

Also I can't really contact them by phone because I'm overseas..

The same problem here. A year later, paypal has not corrected it!

 

Unnecessary delays in accessing funds. this is unacceptable.
