Dear Forum
i have been asked by Paypal to comfirm my identity as my account has more than €2500 in it. going through the instructions the system is asking me to give my Company Trade informaiton and Number. Im an indivdual without a company so i cant supply this as i dont have it. also, when i select 'individual' on Proff of Business' page, it still asks for Company Information.
how can it ask for this if i dont have it and specifying so on this page??? how do i solve this?
